There are a number of ways we can work together, depending on what you’re looking for and the level of support you would like. My work integrates nervous system regulation, hypnotherapy, breathwork, yoga, and mindfulness practices to support emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and meaningful change.
One-on-One Hypnotherapy (Online)
Private hypnotherapy sessions are conducted online and are tailored to your individual needs and goals. These sessions focus on nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing,

behavioural patterns, stress, anxiety, overthinking, confidence, sleep, and personal growth.
​
Sessions are personalised and may include elements of psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, relaxation, and mindfulness-based approaches.
This is a supportive and practical space to better understand yourself, shift unhelpful patterns, and create lasting change.


One-on-One Yoga, Breathwork, Yoga Nidra & Mindfulness
Private sessions are available for individuals who would like a more personalised and therapeutic approach to yoga, breathwork, relaxation, or mindfulness.

A gentle flow followed by restorative yoga and relaxation.

Breathwork & Yoga Nidra – Sunday evenings
Breathing practices followed by guided deep relaxation.

Community Class – Tuesday mornings
Accessible community class focused on movement, breath, and starting the day in a calm and grounded way.
