Workshops are designed to give you space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Each session is theme-focused, helping you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and develop greater awareness of your mind and body.
Through trauma-informed yoga, Pranayama, breathwork, and guided practices, you’ll learn simple, practical tools to help you feel more grounded, calm, and present in everyday life.
I also co-facilitate HypnoBreath workshops with Julie Wix from Pause and Exhale. c, combining breathwork and hypnotherapy to support deep relaxation, awareness, and lasting change in a safe and supportive group environment.
HypnoBreath for Sleep in Menopause

HypnoBreath eases tension, calms a wired mind, and supports deeper sleep in menopause through breathwork, hypnosis, and gentle guidance.
A deeply calming blend of breathwork, therapeutic hypnosis, and menopause‑informed support designed to help your body release tension and finally settle into real rest.
Menopause can leave you carrying more than you realise — chronic tension, a mind that won’t switch off, disrupted sleep, or that familiar “tired but wired” feeling. HypnoBreath gently unwinds these patterns, helping your body soften, your thoughts slow, and your whole system shift into a state where sleep becomes possible again.
Alongside the guided practice, you’ll receive simple, evidence‑informed tools to support better sleep during menopause — practical strategies you can use long after the session ends.

Co‑facilitated by Emma Trovas (Trauma‑Informed Yoga Teacher & Hypnotherapist), Julie Wix (Mind‑Body & Breathwork Coach), and Colleen Souter (Personal Trainer & Menopause Specialist), this session offers a warm, restorative experience for anyone navigating menopause and longing for a night of truly restorative sleep.
You’ll also receive a beautiful silk eye mask and a small essential oil blend to take home, so you can continue the ritual of unwinding long after the session ends.
The experience closes with a sound bowl integration to anchor calm and spaciousness in your body.

Pause. Exhale. Flow. Grow. was a restorative HypnoBreath workshop designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, and deep relaxation for those feeling stressed, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected.
This workshop focused on the connection between the brain, body, and nervous system, and how stress and early patterns can show up as tension, overthinking, shallow breathing, or a general feeling of being unsettled.
Through a combination of conscious breathwork and clinical hypnotherapy, participants were guided into a state where the mind could slow down, the body could relax, and the nervous system could settle, allowing old patterns of tension and stress to gently release.

Restorative HypnoBreath for Menopause was a gentle, science-informed workshop designed to support women experiencing emotional overwhelm, stress, sleep disruption, and nervous system dysregulation during hormonal transitions.
This workshop was facilitated by three experienced practitioners — a menopause coaching specialist, a nervous system coach, and a hypnotherapist — offering a compassionate and practical approach to navigating midlife changes.
This workshop supported women who:
