Workshops

Workshops are designed to give you space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Each session is theme-focused, helping you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and develop greater awareness of your mind and body.

Through trauma-informed yoga, Pranayama, breathwork, and guided practices, you’ll learn simple, practical tools to help you feel more grounded, calm, and present in everyday life.

​

I also co-facilitate HypnoBreath workshops with Julie Wix from Pause and Exhale. c, combining breathwork and hypnotherapy to support deep relaxation, awareness, and lasting change in a safe and supportive group environment.

HypnoBreath for Sleep in Menopause

HypnoBreath eases tension, calms a wired mind, and supports deeper sleep in menopause through breathwork, hypnosis, and gentle guidance.

A deeply calming blend of breathwork, therapeutic hypnosis, and menopause‑informed support designed to help your body release tension and finally settle into real rest.

Menopause can leave you carrying more than you realise — chronic tension, a mind that won’t switch off, disrupted sleep, or that familiar “tired but wired” feeling. HypnoBreath gently unwinds these patterns, helping your body soften, your thoughts slow, and your whole system shift into a state where sleep becomes possible again.

Alongside the guided practice, you’ll receive simple, evidence‑informed tools to support better sleep during menopause — practical strategies you can use long after the session ends.

• You wake frequently or struggle to fall asleep

• Stress, hormones, or life changes are disrupting your rest

Co‑facilitated by Emma Trovas (Trauma‑Informed Yoga Teacher & Hypnotherapist), Julie Wix (Mind‑Body & Breathwork Coach), and Colleen Souter (Personal Trainer & Menopause Specialist), this session offers a warm, restorative experience for anyone navigating menopause and longing for a night of truly restorative sleep.

You’ll also receive a beautiful silk eye mask and a small essential oil blend to take home, so you can continue the ritual of unwinding long after the session ends.

​

The experience closes with a sound bowl integration to anchor calm and spaciousness in your body.

Pause. Exhale. Flow. Grow. – A HypnoBreath Experience In Maroubra NSW

Feel lighter, calmer, and finally at ease in your body and mind.

​

This workshop is for anyone who feels unsettled in ways that are hard to explain: a mind that won’t switch off, feeling stuck, lost, or disconnected. Alongside that, sensations in your body - tightness, heaviness, shallow breathing, clenching, buzzing, or discomfort that moves or lingers - things that have no clear reason, yet are impossible to ignore.

​

Many of these experiences come from patterns the nervous system learned early: staying alert, holding things together, anticipating what’s next. Over time, they shape how you feel in your body and mind, showing up as tension, mental loops, or that subtle sense that something just isn’t right.

​

HypnoBreath works with the conversation between brain and body beneath automatic responses. Through conscious breathwork and clinical hypnotherapy, the mind pauses, the body softens, and the nervous system exhales. Thoughts and sensations begin to flow, old patterns gently release, and the body and mind grow together - discovering new, more natural ways of moving, responding, and being.

Restorative Hypnobreath for Menopause is a gentle, science-informed practice designed to help women release tension, regulate emotional overwhelm, and reconnect with their inner clarity during hormonal transitions.

This event is hosted by three experienced practitioners—a menopause coaching specialist, a nervous system coach, and a hypnotherapist (bios are included in line-up below). Together, they offer a compassionate, evidence-based approach to support women through midlife shifts.

​

This event is for you if:

• You struggle to unwind, even when you carve out time to rest

• Your emotional responses feel amplified or out of proportion

• Beneath the surface, it’s hard to access clarity around what you truly need.

 

This event meets you there—with science-informed practices, breathwork and Hypnotherapy to help you:

• Understand and regulate your nervous system

• Respond rather than react to stress and overwhelm

• Reconnect with clarity to your true self.

 

What’s Included:

Live Q&A with a Menopause Coaching Specialist (30 mins)

We’ll unpack what’s happening in your body and mind through the lens of nervous system science, emotional regulation, and hormonal transition.

 

Restorative Hypnobreath Experience (90 minutes)

This layered experience blends breathwork and therapeutic hypnosis. Throughout the session, you’ll receive guided cues that directly support:

• Recognising and regulating nervous system symptoms as they arise

• Practicing response over reaction through breath and awareness

• Reconnecting with your inner clarity and sense of self

 

The experience closes with a beautiful sound bowl integration to anchor calm and spaciousness in your body.

You’ll leave feeling more informed about the menopause journey and take away practical tools to support your nervous system and feel more connected to yourself.
