My Approach

My approach brings together therapy, breath, and body-based practices to support meaningful, lasting change.

Rather than focusing on one method, I work in an integrated way — combining psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, Pranayama, and trauma-informed yoga to support both the mind and nervous system.

This allows us to work beyond surface-level awareness, creating the conditions for change that feels steady, practical, and aligned with your life.

Whether you’re working with me one-on-one, in a class, or in a workshop, the intention is the same: to support you in building awareness, regulation, and a stronger connection to yourself.

In one-on-one work, sessions are shaped around your needs and goals. In group settings, classes and workshops are theme-based, offering a shared focus while still allowing for your own personal experience.

I recently completed therapy for a 15 year addiction to sleeping aids, with Thought Flow Grow … Emma was amazing! Professional, kind and inspiring. She made me feel comfortable and open to treatment . Post treatment I find myself able to move forward and go about my daily life with more confidence in myself and my decisions.
