My Approach
My approach brings together therapy, breath, and body-based practices to support meaningful, lasting change.
Rather than focusing on one method, I work in an integrated way — combining psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, Pranayama, and trauma-informed yoga to support both the mind and nervous system.

This allows us to work beyond surface-level awareness, creating the conditions for change that feels steady, practical, and aligned with your life.

Whether you’re working with me one-on-one, in a class, or in a workshop, the intention is the same: to support you in building awareness, regulation, and a stronger connection to yourself.

Working Beneath the Surface

Together, we explore the underlying patterns and beliefs that shape how you think, feel, and respond.

Using guided awareness, focused attention, and body-based practices, we create space for these patterns to shift — supporting new ways of thinking, responding, and moving through life.
A Tailored & Integrated Experience
Each session or class is designed with intention.

In one-on-one work, sessions are shaped around your needs and goals. In group settings, classes and workshops are theme-based, offering a shared focus while still allowing for your own personal experience.

This flexible approach allows you to engage with the work in a way that feels accessible, relevant, and supportive.
A Collaborative, Safe Space
You are always in control of your experience.

I provide a space that is non-judgemental, inclusive, and grounded, where we work together at a pace that feels right for you.

The focus is on building awareness, resilience, and trust in yourself, so the changes you experience feel natural and sustainable.
