What is Perfumed Warrior Therapy?

​

Perfumed Warrior therapy is a combination of strategic psychotherapy, advanced conversational and clinical hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programing, mindfulness and meditation practices.

 

Using a combination or blend of these principles allows us to bypass the conscious (logical) mind to reach the unconscious (emotional) mind. Working within a heightened state of awareness that allows for improved focus and concentration, we can uncover the self limiting beliefs and patterns that are restricting you.

 

We will dive deep to identify and untangle the knots that keep you stuck in this loop. Replacing them with a calm self awareness and a strengthened resilience to promote balance and well-being to help you unleash your inner Perfumed Warrior.

My approach

Address underlying beliefs, not symptoms

Using strategically targeted questions, I will help you identify and untangle the knots of self limiting beliefs that keep you locked in unhelpful patterns. Together we will replace these limiting beliefs with your unique set of skills, resources and strengths to achieve your goals for emotional, spiritual and physical well-being.

Individually tailored sessions

I tailor each therapeutic experience to your specific personal needs. The combination of therapy focuses on absorbed attention where we can bypass the conscious mind to effect change in the unconscious space. While the conscious mind knows logically what to do, the unconscious mind is the automatic driving force behind all you do.  This is the place where change happens.

Collaboration

With you in the driving seat and in control at all times, I provide a non-judgemental, safe and inclusive space to work closely together.  We work together to develop your therapeutic goals while building resilience and self awareness to achieve personalised, realistic and lasting results.

  • Mind control games or stage tricks like you see on TV.

  • Not for people who are not ready for real change to dig deep and do change work.
